Gary Bennett

Gary Lee Bennett, 63, of Malvern went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 19, 2015. Gary was born January 9, 1952 in Malvern to Bobby and Grace (Hightower) Bennett Hall. Gary was a truck driver for many years. He also worked for Acme Brick for 19 years. He loved fishing and was a member of the Bass Fishing Club. Gary was a kid at heart; he let Jaylin paint his nails and put bows in his hair. He loved spending time with his kids and grandkids. He was also an Air Force veteran.

Gary is predeceased by his dad, Bobby Bennett and one brother, Robert Bennett.

Gary is survived by his companion of 11 years, Donna Bozeman; daughters, Misty King (Buddy Robbins) of Magnet Cove and Jaylin Bozeman of Malvern; step-son, Sean (Kara) Bozeman of LA; step-daughter, Kalah Matlock (Terence) of Malvern; mother, Grace Hall of Malvern; sister, Sandy Sanders (Phil) of Malvern; half-sister, Bobby Bennett Eaton of Hot Springs; grandchildren, Devon Bennett, Breanna King, Bayleah King, Kylie Robbins, Rachard Matlock, Dayza Matlock, Sonni Lee Matlock, Tommy Bozeman, Charlie Bozeman, and Maddie Bozeman.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 23, 2015 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at Atkinson Chapel. Services will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Atkinson Chapel with Bro. David Avington officiating. Burial will follow at Oakridge Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Tyler Senn, Jimmy Bennett, Devon Bennett, Toby Senn, Jamie Freeman, Tyler Mantooth, Jeff Bennett and John Bennett. Honorary pallbearers will be Marlon Hall, Marty Freeman, Danny Joyner, Ricky Hickman, and Jay Wallace.
